Carnival Inspiration

Carnival Inspiration
The Carnival Imagination is a Fantasy class cruise ship in the Carnival fleet. The other ships are, in order of build, Carnival Fantasy,Carnival Ecstasy, Carnival Fascination, Carnival Sensation, Carnival Inspiration, Carnival Elation and finally Carnival Paradise.

The Carnival Imagination is almost identical to her sister ships, with some small differences in terms of restaurant names and some some bar and lounge differences. The ship, like other Carnival ships is family friendly, but ensures that adults can relax and enjoy their cruises and has some special areas to ensure the two can be separate at times.
The ship was launched in 1995, and has undergone a refit in 2007 of the ships facilites. The ship now has the typical facilities as the rest of the Fantasy class ships with the introduction of the adults only area called Serenity and the popular Carnival WaterWorks water park

Theres lots on offer on board with fabulous restaurants, a lively disco, casino and plenty of bars and lounges for you to relax in. The Dynasty Lounge is a must visit. It has two levels and around 1,300 seats. The ships entertinment team undertake two shows during each cruise, each with a whole host of performers and the orchestra. There is also no shortage of dining options on board including the main restaurants, but why not try the Sushi Bar for a change, serving four different varieties of cooked sushi or the steakhouse.

As you move around the ship, you will notice that the Carnival Imagination crew together with the Carnival company have created a ship to cater for all your needs. Even the names of some of the lounges have unique motifs and fantasy contents along with their names. You will see mythological creatures including the well known golden sphinxes. Relax in Shangri La and Xanadu lounges, named after two of the most well known and imagined paradises, you can see why the ship was named Carnival Imagination.

Whatever you prefer doing on a cruise, the Carnival Imagination will have something for you.
