Food
The Carnival Destiny has two main restaurants. The restaurants are twins called The London and Paris Dining Rooms. BBoth restaurants have a stunning views of the sea, and there are a mixture of tables from a personal table for two, to a large table for meeting new friends.
For those not wanting to dine formally, why not visit the Sushi bar. This restaurant is only open in the early evening but you can choose on around 10 different types of cooked sushi, or maybe the Coney Island Grille, here you can get comfortable favourites such as burgers and hot dogs and is handy for those passengers who like to be in and out the pool and don't want to keep getting changed. For passengers who prefer the casual feel to dining but would rather eat later than the hours offered by the sushi bar or the grill then passengers can try out the South Beach Club Lido Restaurant, this is a self serve style buffet with carving stations, a New York Deli Counter, Noodle Company, a Pizzeria and the grills.

For those wanting to relax in the most comfortable way, there is always the 24 hour room service, where you can order snacks or a complete meal from the restaurant menu.

Excercise

The Carnival Triumph's spa includes treatments that you would expect in any top range spa. You can enjoy massages, acupuncture, body wraps and facials, there is even the chance to have you teeth whitened
For passengers travelling as a couple, there is even a couples massage room. Some treatments are additional to the cost of the cruise, but these will be shown on board on the price boards.
There is also a beauty salon on board the Carnival Triumph. The salon offers most forms of hairstyling plus eye brow shaping, waxing, manicures, pedicures and facial treatments. Passengers have often reported that the appointment book can fill up very quickly especially on the day of the elegant nights.
The Carnival Triumph has a jogging track and gymnasium. All the gym facilities are included in the price of the cruises. The gym is fully equipped with men and womens lockers rooms which include showers to help you refesh after the workout. There is also an option to undertake some fitness classes such as yoga and pilates, but these carry a small charge.

Formal nights

On the Carnival Triumph, there is roughly one formal night a week. Carnival call these evenings elegant nights. If you do not want to dress up, you can dine in the buffet areas on the elegant night. Even on normal nights, the main rstaurants have a smart dress code, rather than jeans and t shirts.
