The Wind Surf, is the largest sailing ship in the world, the Wind Surf is a five-masted sailing yacht with space to carry 312 passengers. The ship has six decks and a gross tonnage of 14,745, the Wind Surf is the largest yacht in the Windstar fleet.
The Wind Surf was originally owned by Club Med Cruises and sailed as Club Med I. Windstar Cruises purchased the ship from Club Med in 1997 and renamed her Wind Surf. The ship does have a sister ship, which is still with Club Med Cruises sailing as Club Med 2
